Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities

What are learning disabilities (LDs) and how do we as instructors support adults with LDs in our classrooms? The report, Learning to Achieve: A Professional’s Guide to Educating Adults With Learning Disabilities is a comprehensive document, published in October 2010 by the National Institute for Literacy, that provides basic knowledge of LDs and offers useful strategies on how to support these students.
